Guideline for submission of abstracts

The Program Organizing Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations at 14th International Symposium on Purine and Pyrimidine Metabolism in Man.
The final decision of presentation style will be made by the Program Organizing Committee. The presenting author must pay the registration fee when submitting the abstract. If the abstract is not accdepted, the registration fee will be refunded.

On Submission of Abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted electronically on the congress web site no later than November 30, 2010 December 15, 2010
Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.

It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted. The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be automatically sent to the stated e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact Medical TOYOU Co., Ltd. at pp11@mtoyou.jp.
Notification on acceptance / rejection of the abstracts will be e-mailed in late December 2010.

  1. Abstracts must be written in English.
  2. Due to package editing, body text regulation is as follows.
    ・Abstract title: 100 letters (including space, comma and period)
    ・Body text: Maximum 300 words / 2,000 characters
    (including spaces and excluding the title and contact information on authors).
    ・Maximum number of registerable authors (including lead author): 11persons
    ・Maximum number of registerable affiliation: 5
  3. Unavailable for photos, graphics, charts and graphs
  4. Advise early submission to avoid a concentration of abstract submission at the end of deadline
  5. Registration ID and password which are indicated on the browser when you complete submission are required to confirm, revise and/or delete the contents of submission.
    Please be sure to keep your registration ID and password.
  6. Please confirm your registration is certainly completed.
  7. For inquiries about the system and/or errors, please contact congress secretariat via e-mail (pp11@mtoyou.jp)
  8. You may have a chance to be contacted by congress secretariat when there is any uncertain data or text. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Password should be set arbitrarily by a registrant.
Password and registration ID are required to confirm, revise and/or delete the contents of submission during an application period.

  11. Purine/Pyrimidine as antimicrobials including anti-viral agents

Submit Abstract

Upon completion of submission, registration ID will be automatically provided and this will be regarded as an acknowledgement of receipt. Unless registration ID is provided, you will not complete your submission process.
