Overseas participants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements. First, please check if you need a visa to travel to Japan or not and plan your travel well in advance.

To check if you need a visa, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
They have official information whether you need to get a visa and how to apply for visa.

Request for Visa Assistance

In some cases, you may need a visa support letter. We will issue a visa support letter and it will be sent after you complete registration and we receive your payment. Please note that it is not necessarily guarantee your acquisition of visa. Please forward the request form to PP11 secretariat bureau via E-mail to pp11@mtoyou.jp.

It may take several weeks for you after you complete registration and payment procedure. We advise you to plan your schedule well in advance.
